Returns

Steps to be followed on all returns.

NOTE: IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE THROUGH BLEND DOOR USA, YOU MUST RETURN THROUGH THE AVENUE THAT YOU PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCTS. BLEND DOOR USA CAN ONLY REFUND BLEND DOOR USA CUSTOMERS DIRECTLY.

Customer MUST put this information INSIDE their return package. DO NOT write this information on the OUTSIDE of the package.

When an order arrives at Blend Door, we will use your order number to refund customer.

All returns are charged 20% as stated in the checkout page. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

Blend Door only waives the 20% restocking fee for exchanges. If a customer orders the wrong part and reorders the correct one, only the shipping cost will be charged. In this case, both order numbers are required to process the refund once the unused parts are returned. The final refund amount will reflect the shipping charges and the cost of any parts kept or not returned. No exceptions.
