GM dual zone blend doors broken? Discontinued and impossible to find.
These billet replacement door sets for the Visteon hvac system is the way to go. A lot of work, but do it right the first time and you’ll never have to do it again!!

These doors are going to be the last doors your vehicle will ever need. There is zero chance they are ever going to fail, foam included. Very nicely done!
